are exactly the same. Flags are not crosses. Likewise axe-brandishing (with implied threat) is *not* a protected form of self expression.

Though I don't have a firm opinion on this upcoming ruling, I do *not* agree with you that you have to be a hypocrit to treat the two "forms of speech" as different.
