....is this story that Osama has a fleet of 15 merchant ships.
That's not the puzzling or surprising part [I've already posted hypothetical scenarios in times past on this "forum" indicating that Osama may use a merchant ship to carry a nuke or a chem-warhead SCUD to attack the USA]...what is the surprising thing is that the CIA, the USN, and USAF have not apparently attempted to 'seize or sink' those ships.
