A draft should be used ONLY if it is absolutely necessarry...I.e. Ground war on the scale of WWII.

Lets face it, the US just doesn't appear likely to fight a war like that any time soon.

Better that we draft J-Dam Manufacturers from the layed-off dot-commers...
