How do you do that?
While in prison they have the ability to hurt other humans...Other inmates, guards, visitors, etc... they can also break out and then harm local civilians.
But then I have no problem with putting convicted murderers into extreem isolation cells where they will not come into contact with another human being except via phone and class window...
You gotta give them at least that so that they can work with their lawers on an appeal.
