>"Over fifty million people voted for Bush for President. They can't all be millionaires."
No, but he told them all they were going to get a TAX BREAK. Tell any average American that he's going to get money back, and the drosses sign up for Bush in ignorance and in droves.
Plus the majority of Americans have no knowledge of the corruption coming out of the Bush family. Most of them are still too young to remember (or care) about the S&L's.....
Besides, Gore won the popular votes.
And Tom, although we KNOW you're wacked, and occasionally hand you a towel to wipe the spittle off your chin, you are just as WRONG as SDAI when it comes to your opinions about what the perfect political system would/should be. Boy, am I glad neither of you are leaders!
>"Most of the current anti-war movement has a solid socialist base, if not a Marxist one. "
Oh, and like THEY never fought wars either, eh? Even against their own people?
Man, you're thinking is warped.
>"Certainly you could not possible argue that they are not anti-capitalist. While many of the protestors themselves may not fall into these categories, the organizers certainly do.
Who freekin CARES?
People who are against starting a "war without end" come from ALL countries, ALL walks of life, and have various religions, cultures and political leanings. You LOOK for figures to back up your suppositions to make them authentic. I'm glad YOU think that this makes you right, and that you're backing up SDAI, but frankly your harping on the left/liberal/freedom lover is obnoxious to say the least and outrageously opinionated to the point you make yourself out to be an another Isolationist. (like that OTHER name caller on this bbs, you know, the one who lives in his ivory tower.)

And for Tom......
