Which is all more shameful when one knows...
...that Germany and France almost singlehandedly have sold dual-use materials to Saddam and helped put us into this situation.
But their shirking responsibility will serve us in the long run. So I am actually glad. This is much better than another delay or half-a--ed compromise waste of time.
