Just one question:
Who stays, besides the landlord? The moderates are either silent or radicalized over time.
I used to read all the posts. Then I read half the posts. Now I read maybe an eighth. I get heartburn, and I've lost my temper here. It becomes an uncomfortable, distracting presence.
Think about it.
