You know I have big issues with conservatives and the Bush administration, but frankly I condsider the Bushwar bashers here just as blind to the evidence of Iragi malfeasance as Bush and his team are to the the faults in their energy policy, GW policy, and tax cuts.
No one is always right or always wrong. Each issue should be evaluated on its own merits and not prejudiced by a negative impression derived from other issues.
There are clear and severe transgressions by the Iragis that are clear cause for concern on other potential issues for which the jury is still out. In the absence of clear evidence an unwillingness to provide that evidence should be clear cause for concern in the current terrorist environment. Bush can not stand the idea of anothewr 911 on his watch and I don't blame him.
The sad fact is Clinton (who I voted for twice) failed miserably as did GB1 (who I also voted for first time) in dealing with Saddam and the threat of Al-quida. Any attempt to portray this as a Republican failure is blatant political blindness.

Mark
