Doesn't seem like you read Frank's post
You remind us of how well our democracy and constitution worked in the beginning and all your solutions involve going back to the beginning. I am not sure that is possible. That was then and this is now.
I don't think Frank's interested in just bending a curve back to the beginning. He's way beyond that, outside the box and off the reservation.
