Every bit of conventional, so far, ordnance which the US can throw at Iraq has been thrown.
(The accuracy of US smart bombs in combat conditions has never been verified. What IS known is they aren't accurate. They may be now, but they haven't been in the past.)
And the one or two which hits a civilian activity they must have shot off themselves. The Iraqis don't have enough damage.
The controls are so poor the US and British troops have shot up each other and themselves repeatedly.
But they certainly couldn't hit a civilian activity. Even though they can shoot themselves up and down, if a bomb hits Iraqi civilians it must have been the Iraqis themselves. As if there wasn't enough damage, they start blowing themselves away.
