The Iraqis will claim that we have market-place seeking missiles.

Tom, I have no reason to disbelieve the US Military- I trust them more than I trust the administration! I also have no reason to believe the Iraqi 'regime'. Its really interesting that, oddly, we see 1000 bombs nailing things on the nose for weeks, don't hear about any 1-or-2 house/people mistakes, but only see ONLY marketplaces being 'hit' by US mistakes in the span of 72 hours.

The point is probability would suggest a range of mistakes- nearby houses, an empty street, a market place. Isolated incidents of 1 or 2 casualties spread out over many days. Not JUST crowded civilian areas in 2 days and 12 days of perfect strikes on targets.

But the improbable can happen....

I think the US Military says its not theirs, its probably not theirs. Many careers would end AND the war for the 'hearts and minds' would be lost if a lie was exposed. I'd like to think our guys are bright enough to play a fact for a fact.
