That's not fair. Clinton did do things which were against public opinion. And given enough intel, Clinton would have done something about Iraq. I would expect the Clinton would have opted for a covert war rather than a overt war (it wouldn't have worked & he probably killed a bunch of special ops, but... what's a few good men:)
