Schock & Awe Doubters Might Want To Reassess
The phrase Shock & Awe has been much lampooned in the media. In light of all the questions about where was the Iraqi resistance they might want to reconsider. While I don't think American firepower cause massive surrenders it seems it did cause a large lack of will to fight. I think it became clear where they chose to fight they chose to die and many decided Saddam was not worth it.
