the Universe? thats funny...
I had a dream (nightmare?) last night that we discovered life on 2 planets that were 40-50 light years away.
We found out that they were there because we intercepted communications between them. And it was clear that their societies were far advanced from ours...
Liberals wanted to send them a message to say: "Hey here we are!!! Come save us from ourselves!!!"
Consevatives wanted to shut down our at least limit our telecommunications industry to stop our transmissions from reaching their planets until we achived a technological parity with them...(the conservatives feared invasion by a technologically superior force...)
Was a wierd dream...Makes me wonder if I've been hanging around the space board too much...
