Over the top comment
As our reach doesn't extend to being able to wage a battle even on the Moon claiming to rule the universe is rather an overstatement. The rule part is clearly out of line. We don't intend to stay any longer than necessary to allow the Iraqis to establish their own government. I'll bet though that Matt simply intended some ecstatic chest beating. I'd recommend keeping in mind MarAnne's comment about the internet being on the world stage.
