I hope that there are good resources for those involved. Even though some may pass it off as a tough luck incident of war, at least some of the soldiers that were there are going to be traumatized by what happened. I know I would have a hard time sleeping knowing that I had shot my compatriots but not knowing how or why it happened. Even a full explanation (if it ever is possible or forthcoming) won't heal the damage.
