I've heard the same thing about the 9th Amendment
All I'm saying is that the 9th provides a constitutional basis for rulings like the right to privacy. Too bad that Congress, the Executive, and the Judicial branches are all too willing to ignore the Constitution when it suits their purposes (and both parties are quilty, IMO).
