We aren't on the same page here. You challanged me to show you how "...prices for them gone up much in foreign nations when genuinely competitive bidding has transpired?" My question back to you is what "foreign nation" should I look for this competitive bidding in? If I search for an example in Russia, China, or Japan will I find a good example of competitive bidding that I could not find here in America?
In short, where do I look?
