You are stating your opinion as if it were a scientifically proven fact. As of yet, it has not been proven conclusively one way or another.

Saddam used WMD in the 1980s on the Iranians and the Kurds.

The UN inspectors who worked in Iraq from 1991 until the end of inspections in 1998 found ample evidence that several WMD programs existed. They were forced out of Iraq by Saddam.

Bill Clinton stated recently that the WMDs existed when he left office.

So, where did they go?

You're apparently claiming that, after the inspections ended, Saddam decided to get rid of all the weapons programs and not tell anyone about it. While not impossible, it seems rather unlikely. Had he presented evidence of ending the programs, it would've been easy to get the UN sanctions lifted. Instead, we're supposed to believe he'd destroy all the programs and weapons and let the sanctions continue for another 5 years. To what purpose? At one time, I used to believe you were bright enough to see how unlikely the scenario you present really is. Unfortunately, all you've manage to do over the past several weeks is convince me that you're nothing more than a polical hack. Pity.
