Small clarification...
This attack on the U.N. is a true terrorist attack, i.e. deliberate targeting of civilians and non-combatants (a case can be made that the attacks on Iraqi civilian infrastructure also fall into this category.)
I do not place attacks on armed coalition military under the current combat conditions in the "terrorist" category, although I do place the attackers in the "thug" category.
