Disclosure
I've never heard of anyone challenging the disclosure rules of the IRS as a violation of the right to privacy, although it may have been done.
It's an original approach. Are you thinking of trying it? Would the Libertarian Party underwrite a legal challenge? I'm assuming you wouldn't be able to launch and sustain it yourself.
You might find yourself with unexpected allies if you do.
I think, though, that the taxes are what you object to, and that the disclosure rules are a way to make points against the arguments that defend the right to privacy in opposition to the Bush DOJ. Am I right?
