I can't stand those calls and I was among the first to sign on to no call.
However, according to some reports, over 50 billion in sales are attributed to telemarketing, to say nothing of jobs that will be lost.
What the telemarketers are saying is that if people want to stop telemarketing they should just stop buying from them. Hard to fault that logic.
I have never spent a farthing with a telephone soliciter and I usually ruin the day of those that are unlucky enough to get to me.
