No Solicitation signs iffy
I wanted to check this out before I said anything. The no solicitation signs may also be in jeopardy, based on your unquestioned right to refuse to talk to them.
The linked SC decision set aside a village law requiring licensing of soliciters and observance to no solicitation signs. The laws was specifically set aside because it included religious and political groups. The court said that laws prohibiting commercial soliciters are argueably possible but may not hender religious or political canvassing
