Another 9/11?
We don't know, but..

War against Iraq WON'T make it less certain, as your troops have a created an extremely chaotic country (where there is no control, no trials, but free executing, assassinations) which is the best place for terrorists to hide but also for frustrated iraqis to become potential terrorists themselves.
