He does hold that right, Ed, but not to the level he professes. When officers reach a certain level, they feel they have no one to account to anymore -- especially if they only account to someone at the Pentagon who is already overtaxed. Boykin has apparently been ignored far too long, and is now reaping one of the many rewards of absolute power.
Past time, I think, for the general to seek counseling,
