Cryogenic Cooling

I missed the bit about cryogenic cooling on SIRTF, but the point still holds about sky coverage, so a Lunar observatory looks uneconomic - unless a very large lunar proramme is running big cryogenic coolers anyway - and in this case you have a vibration problem!
