Considering that major mining operations is one of the reasons that we're going to be there, considering that well-placed solar arrays will allow us almost constant power, considering that we know there's oxygen, we know there's hydrogen, I don't consider it a deal killer.
No one ever said it was going to be easy, or as "easy" as going to Mars.
Not a dismissal, but a recognition that we may have to do it a different way.
