*Regarding my initial title, what percentage of Arecibo's funding comes from the National Science Foundation instead of from NASA???
*What's wrong with seeking a 2nd opinion regarding lunar ice, this time from Europe's socialists? Did you know that Greenland was named what it was so that folks would go there instead of to the true green land, Newfoundland? Granted, an intentional misrepresentation like that is far less likely to happen now in the era of public funding and cyber-space, but gaffes nevertheless abound in the $15 billion-per-year parasitic NASA clique. Everyone who cares about space recognizes this and often publicly so, except for those profiting from the stagnating status quo.
*Why don't these socialist space programs simply offer competitive prizes for the desired documented discoveries: http://www.spaceprojects.com/prizes ? Because then inferior folks would cease to be employed.
