re: There's constant solar power available ON the Moon?

If one builds a Solar mast on the poles of the Moon, it can be bathed by constant sunlight.
The Moon's axis is only inclined 1.5 degrees from the ecliptic plane.
There on the poles, the Sun is always very close to the horizon, no matter in what direction.
