didn't give a damn how inaccurate their bombing was from 15,000 feet. They cared more about preventing even a single US casualty than in bombing accuracy or the number of Bosnian civilians they killed as a result. From that altitude, they couldn't tell decoys from the real thing, which is why very few of the "tanks" they attacked were really destroyed. They were so inept that they couldn't even deploy a squadron of Apache attack helicopters to the combat area over a period of weeks.
Avoiding casualties at all costs is the same cowardly thinking that led Clinton to pull the US out of Somalia after the 18 Rangers were killed. That convinced people like Osama that Americans were too chicken to fight when attacked. The notion was reinforced after we did little following repeated terrorist attacks (mainly sending million dollar cruise missiles into empty camps) and absolutely nothing after the USS Cole was attacked. That's hardly a military record to be proud of, but then, you've demonstrated repeatedly that you know very little about the military.
Furthermore, Justin is working in military intelligence as we speak. He knows far more about the subject than you ever will. He doesn't tell you how to shuffle papers. Don't tell him how to do his job, especially when you know nothing about it other than what you've seen in the movies.
