What are they going to do with him?

It's certainly fantastic news that Saddam has been caught. I wish bin Laden could be captured, (assuming the evil scumbag is still alive). Now I find myself wondering, what are they go to do with Saddam? Obviously he'll be interogated and all useful information extracted. However he might not actually know that much. I think Brosz's theory that Saddam was being fed nonsense by his own sychophants may actually be true. Holding Saddam prisoner and having him stand trial will be complex. Do we create more problems than solutions but sending Saddam to Gitmo? I'm definitely of the opinion that Saddam should not set foot on American soil and be tried under American law. Should Saddam be tried under a "Nurenburg Process" or under United Nations authority or under Islamic law? Should Saddam be sent to The Hague and tried under the World Court? Saddam's guilt is not an issue but how should he be punished? Does he get life imprisonment, get a firing squad or get hung? If he's to be hung, who should do the hanging? The Kuwaitis and Kurds have a huge beef with Saddam. Should Saddam be handed over to the Kurds and they allowed to come up with something "creative"? As I write this, I've come to the conclusion that Saddam would have done the world a huge favor by committing suicide. At least Hitler (villan that he was) had the good grace to write a final will, marry Eva Braun and then blow his brains out.
