The Fundamental Campaign Issue is Honesty and Openness

· The Bush Administration came into office on a lie! A Supreme Court Appointment

· They then lied about the vandalism left behind by the Clinton people

· How about the secretive nature of VP Cheney’s Energy Task Force

· Lied about the President and the Administration’s connection with Enron

· They have a false view of the World and have been lying that the UN, NATO and others global alliances are irrelevant

· The War with Iraq

· The missing 9/11 Report pages dealing with Saudi Arabia

· The 9/11 Commission and the Administration’s stonewalling

· Insufficient funding and perhaps neglectful post war policy in Afghanistan

· The Medicare Reform price tag; the bill itself

· The Road Map to Israeli/Palestinian peace is a half hearted joke

· The job’s lie in an improving economy?

· Mission Accomplished

· No Child Left Behind as an unfunded mandate

· Unfunded or under funded HIV/AIDS for Africa

· Creating a global coalition for the War in Iraq

· The Thanksgiving Turkey

· The pre election campaign stop with the “made in America” stamp fraudulently stamped on packaging at one of the Presidents speaking stops in 2002

· Billing non supporters of his War as unpatriotic

· Jobs and the benefit of his tax cuts for the rich.

· Disengagement with North Korea

I came-up with these in about 20 minutes. You professionals, with a little thought, could no doubt come-up with hundreds more.
