The death penalty is an issues that confuses me (I find the whole topic quite horrible and don't know what to think about it). However Frank is quite correct that so long as Saddam lives there will be people who will do anything to free him. Saddam needs to be disposed of quickly before he becomes a terrorist's obsession.
