Space/Science » in reply to Time too put up some giant reflective platforms in space!

No offense- but you and your ilk are freakin' insane... Some facts and data you will bury your head in the sand before looking at.

You people seem to think that some pinko scientists got together and decided to make up global warming, just to lower your standard of living. You morons ignore the facts! The facts are:

1) We produce CO2 in large amounts, (and before you jump on this YES natural sources are more than man made but we ARE a significant addition to the natural amount, the amount that the Earth had come to equilibrium... on TOP of that we are VASTLY reducing the Earths natural way of disposing of CO2) A lot of you will assume that, by we, I mean the US, You couldnt be more wrong! Compared to some countries we are not nearly the top offender.

2) More CO2 more warming

3) we are seeing evidence of rising temeratures

This is NOT some socialist conspiracy, it is just plain fact! NOW, am I claiming that we must lower our standard of living? maybe a little, but I honestly think we can (and yes it will cost a lot) keep our standards, but just change how we achieve those standards.

You think this is just made up? You don't choose to examine the facts- We know we are putting excess CO2 in the air, we know it will add to warming, we see evidence of warming happening.
