This raprochment with Libya is the first big dividend of Bush's policy of strength. By publicly and loudly showing we could and would go in where we wish, whether or not the french aproved, has gotten a lot of attention from the tyrants and wackjobs. Iran is likely to be next. NK is already looking for a way out of the mess they put themselves into.
