Yes, I do like to lurk an' learn .. on one board I joined some years ago, it took me weeks to read the 40+ pages of posts they had backlogged first, and I still get razzed for that uber-lurk! <smile> At last when jumping in I knew what they were talking about, and fortunately for me, was conversant in the topic.

I don't expect to be an expert on anything here, it's more that I came very late in life to the politics/political table and in that arena don't feel comfortable pontificating because I don't know what the 'ell I'm talking about, only what I feel. It wasn't until the advent of cable and the first Gulf War that I got very interested in political events, being busy with kids & job & all. I don't have the knowledge like Tom to find links or even know how to make one for the board to illustrate a point. And my computer doesn't show everything on here when I post, that's always a fun challenge. (yah yah yah, yada yada) It's ok tho, and I thank you for your encouragement, Steve. I'll try to be braver! That's just about enough "I"s, eh? <blush>
