Just some of the items:

- Retirement of the Space Shuttle

- New spacecraft (Son of Apollo)

- Use of Soyuz and Ariane as interim vehicles

- Scrapping all existing programs that don't fit the new agenda

- NASA being the only non-defense agency to get a real budget increase

I really want to see more details.
