No wonder we have a deficit when half the population works and the other half mooches off the work of the others.
Women fought for equal rights, well with equal rights comes equal responsibility: Get your lazy butts to work and pay taxes! And to you old retirees...I believe in working retirements...Don't cry to me about the cost of your prescription drugs when you are to lazy to work. 5 hours behind the counter at McDonalds will pay for a month's worth of viagra...And trade in those big cars and start riding the bus...You people are aa menace on the roads...I don't want my 16 year old driving on the roads with you people...You are a wreck waiting to happen...The problem with you old people today is that you are so darned lazy. get back to work and you'll understand the true value of a buck and be less likely to want to tax the hell out of us working stiffs.
And why can't prisoners work? Who wrote that law? Make them pay for their free room and board, even the welllfare queen college students don't get free room and board...and when the prisoners start working, then charge them taxes on their earnings...When they get out of prison they should owe more to the government than when they went in. That is the American way: TAX TAX TAX...

- job creation has been slower than in almost any previous recovery, and wage growth has slowed to a crawl
- Thats because many are now self-employed.
- Unfortunately, you seem to be correct. The employment rate (% of persons employed) has gone DOWN. This is very bad news. I don't see any recovery of jobs coming in the next few years.
