Helium 3 is complete bull dung

Ignition temperatures are significantly higher than for deuterium-tritium reaction. Nuclear fusion based upon deuterium-tritium is no where close to being a commerically viable technology. We'll be cruising around in flying cars long before helium-3 becomes commerically viable. If helium-3 is the best the Moon guys can offer then they've got nothing to sell.
