We have lost than .33% of that number.
The sentence is claiming a lie.
If the accusation was that the President had sent 150,000 into harm's way, that would be accurate.
If the accusation had said that he sent 150,000 and that some were dying daily, that would be accurate.
The fabricator of your new favorite site instead chose to state a lie.
But you seem very much inclined to believe lies.
