Don isn't really a liar, just extremely selective about his presentations.* The video was a pantload, but that isn't Don's fault.
Just for future reference, American casualties, both during major combat and occupation, can be accessed by going here and clicking on "OIF/OEF Casualty Update" under "Current information." The link changes every day, so I can't link directly to it. Wounded numbers are included. These numbers are precise.
The best reference I have seen for estimated Iraq war casualties is here. Again, these numbers are estimates, but their methods seem quite good.
I know of no place that keeps track of Iraqi casualties during the occupation after the main war. Obviously there are many, dying in accidental shootings, from insurgent attacks, suicide bombings, and other causes, but I have no numbers and would appreciate any direction towards a source of such numbers that isn't looney.
There are also a lot fewer Iraq people dying as a result of tyranny and lack of food and medicine than there used to be, but there are no reliable numbers for that, either, except statistical ones.

* But then, there's a lot of that going around. ;)
