The human eye can see polarization, not everyone can see it- apparently it is a genetic thing, but it is real and some people are so sensitive to it that they can see the polarization of the blue sky due to the physics of scattering...

Don't believe me? I dont blame you- I didnt believe it until I saw it for myself...
