It pretty much ends the argument right there.

It also give them instant justification that anyone who doesn't agree with their whole program is obviously a traitor, or a fool, and hates Freedom.

When you point out to them these are Fascist tactics they go into a hissy fit. But they are Fascist tactics. If it smells like a duck...
