When you established Habitable Zone, SDAI was permitted access on the condition he refrained from pseudoscience on the Space Board. I seem to recall (though I may be mistaken) that he was subsequently cut off from posting at Space for just that transgression. However, his peculiar delusional obsession has been permitted to run rampant on the other boards - in a much more insidious form, since he has taken it beyond physics to include psychology and sociology.
On the Space board, "vortex theory" did no harm, except to violate the letter of the principles under which Habitable Zone was established. Elsewhere, his psychological spin-offs - and his desperate last resort, the so-called "mirror principle" - has done personal harm to other people in this Community.
It is time we called a spade a spade, and a troll a troll.
