Every word he says seems to be true, by definition. There is no questioning Bush, as he must be sitting at the right hand of God, having displaced Jesus as one of those New Age pacifists who, after all, never slaughtered anyone. At all. Ever. Even brought the dead back to life. So that they could bite him in the ass, someday, GWB said to God in an aside.
And God spoke unto him, "You tell 'em to bring 'em on!" That's what George heard in a prayer meeting with Rice, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Perle, and Ashcroft. He announced that to them, and after a few "Hosannas" they all said they heard God say that, and off GWB went to the press conference.
The rest is continuing history, but true to God's word, they're still coming on. Too bad it's always the innocent who suffer.
So, life is simple for Conservatives. Learn the vocabulary from the minor prophet ebnelson, the reasoning from, well, they don't learn reasoning, and the artful dodging from the other True Believers.
And that's it.
About inheriting Republicanism. I have three cousins, all female, who had the most rabid Conservative parents in the family. Dad was friendly, supportive, a great guy. Mom was warm, nuturing, a bit authoritarian. All of 'em in that family loved each other, and that was obvious.
Every time we have a family reunion, one of them will mention how their Dad and Mom are still turning in their graves at how liberal all three are.
Sigh.

I've been thinking that "Conservative" is a religion, with GWB as prophet.
