Naked hero-worship like this is bad for democracy

I like to ascribe to TB's theory that HZ denizens are intellectually a cut above the rest. Then I run into stuff like this. I mean, this is the sort of logic I used to use in elementary school about Jack Kennedy. I (hope I) matured past that level of relating to political figures.
