Reasonable inference?

Given that Ms. Rice has been talking on Sunday morning interview programs a lot, a very lot, and seemingly answering questions in public on these constantly, is it a reasonable inference that

she's either lied or is going to lie.

Not a slam-dunk, not absolutely fer sure.

It could be that she would have to answer questions differently with commission members who know a lot more of what happened that the public or even news folks.

I guess another question is if the American public, who is spending a fortune on the aftermath of that disaster, deserves to hear what she has to say under oath?

I think this stinks, to be honest.
