There Bowser goes again misrepresenting the facts. Rice will not speak publicly to the Panel. She has already spoken to the panel for 4 hours, but it wasn't public, rather it was closed door session. This is standard procedure for National Security Advisor- just because she is going to be the first black woman president doesn't mean you change the rules.
