Again, do you actually know what you are talking about? Read the transcript of his testimony- he ADMITS the strategy was the same, but points out (and when you get into the details, like budgets, it holds up) that the resources, focus and time Sr. (Cabinent )Level attention was not as significant.

AND, his primary point of contention (again, if you READ THE ACTUAL SOURCE MATERIAL!!! ) is that Bush bogged us down in Iraq and lost focus!

If your going to claim inconsistency, then you need to breing direct quotes with references to context (Page numbers form his book, or links to his congressional publically available testimony). That you don't do this indicates to me that you are just recyclung your RightWingBlogs and don't actually know what you are talking about.
