I don't know anyone else who would be willing to try to clean up the absolute mess Cheney/bush has made over there. NATO ain't interested, and there are participants who are coming home, tired of being lied to, tired of heavy-handed tactics.

How many folks would be willing to have US troops go over to bail out, say, Russia or France if they had invaded a country against international law? If Russia or France had botched things so badly they wanted to cut and run?

It would behoove conservatives to be nice to the UN.
